All parents must send or bring proof of payment to the field on the first day of the participant's practice, in case of any misunderstanding. If a parent fails to do this, his/her child may not be allowed to participate in the program.
Kicks Are For Kids allow refunds before attending the second class. After the second class of the season your payment is no longer refundable.
Any payment in the form of a check needs to be accompanied with a printable registration form and needs to include all contact information.
Any claim regarding program registration/payment/product that is submitted after 60 days from the starting date will be considered overdue and will not be reviewed or refunded.
Change of Location:
Kicks Are For Kids reserves the rights to:
*cancel any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment required
*change the location, day, time in case of unforeseen circumstances
Kicks Are For Kids will contact parents offering alternative classes in such instances. Thus, NO refunds/credits will be issued in such circumstances.
Inclement weather/Emergency Closing
Please call the office, or your group manager for information on class cancellation. In addition, please, check your email messages. We usually send cancellation confirmations on the day of the class. No refunds/credits are given for such events.
In case of emergency or cancellation, Kicks Are For Kids contacts parents via e-mail. Failure to provide your contact information, Kicks Are For Kids will not be able to forward any announcements, cancellation, etc. and will not be responsible for not receiving such correspondence.
Make up classes:
There are two make-up classes reserved for 6-week sessions to be scheduled at the end of all the classes of the season. Make up classes may also be scheduled on a different day/time than the usual class day/time if necessary. There are NO make-ups for scheduled make-up classes that were cancelled.
All classes of the season, as well as all make up classes must be finished by the end of the season. No refunds/credits are given for classes that could not take place.
A first time, trial class may be scheduled the minimum 3 days prior to the class starting date, if there is space available at the cost of $35. No refunds/credits are given if the participant cannot attend the scheduled class.
Withdrawal and Substitution:
There are no refunds, or credits will be given after the starting date.
In order to withdraw your child from a class before the starting date, please contact KAFK at least 5 days before the beginning of the class. A $35 application fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please, allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.
Only registered participants will be allowed on the field. A player cannot be substituted by another child, unless the participant is giving up the spot to another child permanently. In addition that child needs to be registered before allowed to play.
There is a $40 fee for any returned check.
Change of class:
I understand that Kicks Are For Kids expects every parent to read, and agree to all the terms, prior to registration. This registration is a verification of my agreement to KAFK terms. Although, all efforts are being made to provide my child with safe environment, I understand that there is a risk of accident. If necessary authorize KAFK staff to undertake first aid procedures. I further understand that KAFK directors and employees assume no responsibility, and will be not liable for any kind of injury, illness, or accident resulting in medical, dental, or other expenses. It is also my responsibility to have my child picked up promptly at the end of the scheduled class. I’ll let the teacher know if anyone else than myself will be picking up my child.
If we do not have your complete registration information prior to the starting date, we will not allow your child on the field. There will be no refunds or prorates for the remaining sessions. If you register the day of the class, and we do not have time to process the registration, we will not allow your child on the field.
